INVOLVING JEWISH MEN IN JEWISH LIFE
Yom Hashoah Candle Packing and Distribution
Sunday March 12, 9:30 am
Location: New Park Synagogue Board Room
Every year the Park Men’s Club helps to commemorate the victims of the Shoah through our participation in the Yellow Candle project. The project provides candles to the congregation to light on Yom HaShoah in remembrance of victims of the Holocaust.
We will be packing candles on Sunday, March 12th in the new Park board room beginning at 9:30am. We are looking for volunteers to help pack on March 12th and for drivers to help deliver candles to all members of the congregation. Candle delivery can be a wonderful multi-generational family activity. Contact Bruce Freidman at bfriedman@kmsh-cpa.com to learn more.
